Our appreciation for creative spaces and environmentally conscious choices carries throughout Sarah Midgett & Co., including The Art of Dwelling and My Mary Paige. Whenever practical, we embrace repurposed furnishings, thoughtful design, and sustainable alternatives that give spaces character while reducing unnecessary waste.

With a small collection of individually owned homes and a hands-on, local approach, we're able to offer the personal attention that larger companies often can't.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a weekend escape, or a quiet getaway, we've got a Beach Box for that!

A locally owned boutique real estate and property management company offering thoughtfully designed vacation rentals on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Each of our homes has its own personality, charm & carefully considered details that make guests feel comfortable, welcomed & right at home. From inviting interiors to functional outdoor spaces, we believe where you stay should be part of what makes your vacation memorable.
