Thoughtfully managed homes, local knowledge, and personal service from a small company that actually knows the properties it manages.
Welcome to OBX Beach Box Realty
Locally owned vacation rentals & property management on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Your Outer Banks Stay Starts Here.
We are a locally owned boutique property management and design company serving the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina.
We believe a great vacation rental should be more than just a place to stay. Each of our homes is thoughtfully designed with its own unique character, personality and charm, offering comfortable, fully functional indoor and outdoor spaces that make guests feel relaxed, welcomed and right at home.
Our approach combines creative design with personalized, full-service property management. From the details that make a home special to the day to day care that keeps everything running smoothly, we take pride in creating exceptional experiences for guests while giving homeowners the confidence that their investment is in good hands.
By intentionally maintaining a smaller portfolio of individually owned homes, we're able to provide the hands-on attention, thoughtful care and personal connection that set us apart from larger management companies.

We’ve gathered the local information our guests ask for most - beach accesses, restaurants, activities, rentals and other useful resources - to make planning your trip a little easier.

Your home shouldn't feel like property #12437 in somebody's portfolio.
OBX Beach Box Realty provides hands-on vacation rental and property management with an intentionally small portfolio. We believe good management requires actually knowing the property - not just knowing its listing number.
From guest communication and reservation management to cleaning coordination, property oversight, maintenance and the unexpected things that inevitably come with owning a home at the beach, we're here to protect your property, your guests' experience and your investment.
And because we're local, we're not managing the Outer Banks from an office somewhere else. We're here.
